1) You can apply for NITs

2) You can grab seats in Government Colleges.

3) Doors of Private Colleges are always open for you.

No, there is no provision to upload EWS certificate if you are not filling up form for JEE Advanced though you might require the EWS certificate while sitting for JoSSA counseling .
