Firstly I would suggest you to prepare with NCERT books as it will help you to clear your basic concept. The Exam is easy to crack if it is planned & followed by you properly as a clear study plan is the key to success in any exam.

A link is provided under the name of Foreign/ OBC NCL Certificate Upload.

To upload a new file, you can delete the previous one, and then upload the new file.

Generally IIT entrance exam is nothing but  combination of JEE and JEE advance exams.To crack these exams you need to cross the cut off marks which is listed on website and it's according to the category (General/OBC/SC etc)you belong .

Yes they are allowed in the exam hall. You can carry them along with you. Bit any sort of electronic gadget is not allowed. If you are caught carrying any illegal stuff like mobile phones, calculator, etc then you will be disqualified and strict actions will be taken against you.

Only one ADMIT card and one ID proof like ADHAAR card is required for both the papers. There is no official requirement to carry two sets but to be on safer side you may carry an extra copy of both. And I don't think so that photo is required on
