 Your sc rank only 42,124 so there is no chance to get seat in any of government colleges like NIT.If u get good rank means below7k-8k in your category you may have chances to get seat in NITS . Now there is no chance to get seat.

No this is not possible.You won't be able to get into any college even befire the entrance examination has started.Maybe you are talking about the The IITJEE Main,but even in that with. A rank around 43000,that too in the SC category you won't be able to to get

But if it is written in the examination admit card, that you should only carry a black pen, then you must carry only black ballpoint pen.
