In JEE advance 130 is good score, you will get good college not sure about IIT .your rank may be between 10000to 20000. It also depend upon  your category ,domicile , available seats, which branch you want .as branch matter a lot in college selection

for getting admission in IIT bombay you have to secure rank under 600 for general category and there is some ralexation for other category but for getting CSE you have to secure your rank under 100 , hope you understand please upvote it and for getting this rank you have

Basically I can't predict the rank.
After analyzing the last year data's, I can expect her rank between 3000 to 4000. I can't say about Bombay, but yes she can get colleges in Kanpur and Chennai with aerospace engineering.

No there is no percentile marking scheme in jee advanced .

Percentile is adopted in jee mains to equalize all the different slots or exams .
