It is not the total marks that matter in JEE Advanced, the individual subject cut-off is also of great importance. The subject cut-off is around 10% of the total subject marks.

Assuming Subject Cut-off is cleared. In the general category, it is hard to get qualified as the cut-off

Congrats for clearing your JEE Mains and making it to JEE Advanced.

For older IITs such as IIT B, IIT Delhi, IIT KGP, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Guwahati, you should have a rank below 3000. You can hope for new IITs if you get a rank below

Obviously it is category rank ;  cut off is declared in form of marks .

And in results both Rank i.e category and general is written .

For different colleges cut offs ; rank mentioned is category rank in category cut offs .

Hello Praveen!

See your marks are somewhat in the the range of cutoff of OBC Marks so if you clear the cutoff then you will get rank and according to that you will get IIT.

According to the mock test available at JEE Advanced 2019 Official website, the instructions clearly mention reporting the answer truncated to two decimal places. They have also shown many examples and it mentions reporting integers like 5.00 or 7.00.
