Predicting your exact rank is very difficult, but it is for sure that you will get rank 7000+. I myself gave JEE Advance and my marks were 150 and I got rank 6192. Also approximately with every 10 marks rank fall by 1000 at this stage. 2019 paper
Congratulations Supreetha! Yes you are eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019 as you have qualified JEE Mains 2019 cutoff. For JoSAA counselling you have register your self before the last date. All the information related payment and dates are provided on the official website.

The pre decided cutoff for jee advanced is 31.5%. That is equivalent to 117 marks. So it seems that you are far behind the cutoff, you may not be qualified. So you have low chances for getting any seat in IITs. If the paper was too tough than
you will get marks bro
Prateek sorry to say that if you have not qualified JEE Mains 2019 cutoff then you are not eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019. But you can get other state government and private colleges according to your score in JEE Mains score. You can predict your college with careers360 college predictor.

for OBC - NCL - PWD you got to have 5% marks in each subject and 17.5 % of total marks to qualify for Rank list in JEE Advanced.
That would amount to about 65 marks.
