the pre decided cutoff for EWS category is 31.5%. So it crossponds to 117 marks. Sonce you have 108 marks you may not qualify jee advanced. And qualifying jee advanced does not mean that you will get IITs. You need good rank to be in IITs.

Predicting your exact rank is very difficult, but it is for sure that you will get rank 7000+. I myself gave JEE Advance and my marks were 150 and I got rank 6192. Also approximately with every 10 marks rank fall by 1000 at this stage. 2019 paper

Prateek sorry to say that if you have not qualified JEE Mains 2019 cutoff then you are not eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019. But you can get other state government and private colleges according to your score in JEE Mains score. You can predict your college with careers360 college predictor.
