I think all you have to do is wait, but 4.00 will be considered if other answers might have gone till the next 2 places of decimal. If that is the case, I don't see why 4.00 could not be considered in the response given in JEE ADVANCED.

Hi ! As much as I know you may not get a scope to get admission in Thiruvananthapuram. It's a high rated college and need high rank. So you should have high marks. Still if luck favours to you by low cut-off and vacancy then may be it is possible.
