Hey shashi! According to JEE Advanced eligibility criteria a candidate gets a maximum of two attempts in consecutive years to appear for JEE Advanced.Candidates should not have appeared for JEE Advanced 2017 or earlier, if he want to appear for JEE Advanced 2019. Hope this may help you
