Hello sujal,conguralation for scoring 5779 rank in jee advance.stream depend on your area of interest.Dont compermise from branch .first you decide which branch you want to take .then select college acording to branch  you have a good score. you have to chance good branch in iit .

You can either go for old iits, compromising the branch

You can go for newly made iits, and get somewhat better branches i.e. civil, mechanical.

You can go for iits, which haven't got their own building(the ones made in 2016), and get the most sought after branches, like

JoSAA(Joint Seat Allocation Authority) holds counselling of admission in IITs/NITs/GFTIs etc. every year.

After Declaration of JEE (Advanced) Result, JoSAA starts choice filling for this academic year(Dates on www.josaa.nic.in ). You have to register yourself on the JoSAA portal and fill (select out of all available) the combination
