With 23k General category rank IITS are totally out of frame right now but I think there might be chance for you in  newer IITS with your OBC NCL rank. 

So do participate in the counselling sessions of the new IITS.

Well,there is no separate rank list for girl candidates but yet there is reservations for them in most of the engineering colleges. Basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, you may not get your desired branch in IIT but still you can give it a try at the

Well Mamun,we don't have the statistics of these kind of data where we might get to know about how many candidates of specific gender qualified that particular exam.Maybe you could find it in newspaper within a month or two as they keep top-notch information.
