You can get iits but you will not ge descent branch like the core ones civil,mechanical,electrical,ece,cse and other branches or you can get bsc degrees and integrated bsc degrees because only these branches get cut off around like 12k.

Jee Advance is considered as the second level of jee main for admissions of students to various IITs around the country.
Thus from jee advance u cannot get to NITs as for admissions to NITs u need to clear jee mains and get yourself registered for counselling.
