The closing rank for the other remaining IITs for SC Category are less than 2971 rank for any branch..

As per your rank in OBS-NCL Category its nearly impossible for you to get a seat into IIT maybe you can get a seat in  NIT but the NIT and Branch will be of your choice cant be said.
