Firstly, This doesn’t mean a rank in JEE Advanced. You’re not alloted a rank in JEE Advanced Rank List.The vacant seats reserved for SC, ST and PwD candidates, which don’t get filled in the counselling will be allotted

Temporary disability may change in its nature and may even resolve over time. This includes temporary disabling conditions resulting from injuries, surgery or short-term medical conditions. An example of this includes – broken limb and loss of speech due to an accident, which causes inability to work.

I suppose that an obc ncl rank of 6040, is a bit too much to get admitted to any IIT. However you can give a try for other colleges which gives admission on the basis of JEE advance scores. These colleges are good enough and most importantly are central lukl
