For qualifying in jee advanced the minimum percentage marks in each subject for st category is 9.0 and minimum percentage of aggregate marks is 17.5. But there is no such cut off for getting cse in iits. It depends upon your percentile and ranking

Marks, cutoff all these things vary each year so it's rank which decides your college but still for data in 2018 43.89 percentage marks was Cutoff in general category.

I think you won't be eligible under the condition that You should have passed 12th boards appearing for the first time in 2019 or 2020. Absolutely yes. You have to clear JEE mains in order to get into jee advanced. The results of JEE both mains and advanced are valid for only one year.

If you want to give advanced 2020 then you must have to clear the JEE mains 2020.
