As per the records there was no such age limit for the jee main examination so you can participate in the jee main 2020 examination and also the IIsc has age limit for 28 years for PhD purpose . And they didn't mentioned about the others graduation

If you fall in OC category then I'm afraid you have no chances of getting into Gayatri Vidya Parishad college for degree and PG courses for MBA as their closing rank for APICET lies somewhere near 2145.

As per the rules and regulations and considering all the terms ; it will be not possible for you to attempt 2020 jee advanced but you can give jee mains .

As per the details you have provided, yes you can join IIT but may not be Bombay campus. for IIT bombay the cutoff for Mechanical Branch is:-(Male)

To qualify for jee advanced , you either have to be in top 20 percentile of your board category wise  or score 75 percent (for general and obc) and 65percent for other categories.
