Hello B Hari Krishna,

Before 2019 a candidate used to get 3 chances when JEE - Main when it used to be one time a year. You can apply for JEE - Main for 3 years after your class 12. So now in 3 years, you can appear in JEE

As per your ranking, it will be a little difficult for you to get admission in S V University as you said you fall under SC but other students have better ranking while being under a reservation category. You can try once in the university

Yes you are eligible to write JEE advanced next year.

JEE advanced can be attempted in two successive years .

You are also eligible for JEE main 2020,202

You can appear 2020 but not in 2021 

Prepare well practice as much as you can.
