I appeared for Class 12 Exam on 2018 but didnt satisfy 65% (I am ST), So I did improvement in 2019 and satisfy the 65% but did not appear in JEE Mains 2019. Will I be eligible for JEE Mains 2020 and Advanced 2020? If I did not get sufficient rank in JEE Advanced 2020,Can I try again in 2021?

The class 12 of yours is not satisfied by the jee main criteria .
So you have wrote again and improved to 65% in the examination it is good
According to the eligibility rules and regulations
Minimum age for jee main is 17 years and maximum age

I was alloted NIT in 6th round & IIT in 7th round in 2019 ,But I didnot reported in any IIT.It was my 1st attemp. I have not recevied 35000rs deposited in josaa. Am I eligible for jee-adv.(IIT) 2020 ?

You will be eligible for JEE 2020 if your number of attempts have not crossed 3. If this year you gave JEE for 3rd time then you can give JEE exam next year. You can give JEE Main for 3 years while JEE Advanced for 2 years

For getting seat in IITs under PWD General category ,you have to score 1.5 times of PWD cuttoff.This is quite easy job as Cuttoff for PWD cuttoff goes very low each year..You need to score around 70-80 score in jee advance to get seat in IIT

What I am suggesting you is that it will really help you if you reappear in improvement exam.

You are surely not eligible for JEE advanced as you are well below 75% in pcm section. Yet hopes are there if you go for improvement.
