You can attend the Jee advanced by satisfying the following criteria:-

  • Qualifying JEE Main
  • Age Limit
  • Number of Attempts :-maximum of two attempts in two consecutive years.
  • Earlier Admissions in IITs
  • Candidates should have appeared in Class 12 either in 2019 or 2020 for writing the exam

It is very hard to predict that because the ranks keep changing every year depending on the students' performance. This can be known only after the results are officially announced. But from my knowledge of the previous year cuttoffs I guess the minimum qualifying cutoff this time will be around

Don't think of getting just passing marks in jee mains as any negetive thing.If your goal is to get in IITs only and congratulations you are now one step closer to your dream.
It's just that some exams go good some doesn't.It all depends on the three hours
