According to last year’s trend with this percentile you can expect a rank between 8000 to 9000. So , you have a chance of getting CS in lower NITs or may be NIT in your Homestate (if any).

To get admission in IISER Mohali for B.Tech. , a male candidate from SC Category must have a rank within 10,000 in JEE Mains Examination.

Additional cut-off criteria for marks obtained in 12th board examination is also applicable to get admission into IISER Mohali.
