To be honest, it is difficult to predict the actual qualifying score for JEE Advanced eligibility at this moment.  However, according to many calculations, if you have a percentile above 85 then you have a decent chance to qualify. In your case, you have not specified your category

As per past year trends , yes you may qualify the cut off percentile to be eligible for jee advance with 82 percentile provided  you belong to obc category.

IIT Bombay offers three types of cources -

4 years B.E/B.Tech courses- you need around 1000 SC rank in for just getting enroll in this category, e.g- last year a SC candidate got Metallurgical engineering and Material science with 1034 SC Rank which was the lowest cutoff for B.E/B.Tech courses.

The official cut off for JEE main 2020 January session is is not yet announced.It will be announced soon.But it will be helpful if a candidate have secured 85 or above percentile.The cut off will more or less than previous year.You need to wait until it is announced.

You have got 95 percentile in JEE main that means your rank should be around 43k. You can also calculate as

Rank =(100-your percentile)×869010÷100

According to our expert prediction the cutoff percentile for general category in jee advance will be 85.

So you are eligible for jee advance.

according to last years jee mains cutoff percentile for students in obc category the cutoff was 74 percentile. your percentile is74.77 as for this year the cutoff have not been yet released and you lie nealy in the borders of cutoff. the thing you should do now is
