The cutoff  of JEE Main 2020 is not declared yet. The cutoff will be declared along with the result of JEE Main April Session.

For p articipating in jee advance counselling you have to register yourself for jossa counselling which considers your crl rank if you are from general category else you can also choose your category rank like SC,ST,OBC ,etc . Best of luck.

yes, it is necessary to qualify in both of the papers, and your marks in each paper should be equal or more than the cutoff marks in each of the papers. however there is also individual cutoff marks you need to get in each paper. both of the papers
