Yes ,There are chances for you to qualify Jee mains and eligible for Jee advance.As in 2019 the qualifying cutoff for Jee main sc category was 54 so this year cutoff will revolve around this only .So you can write Jee advanced 2020 .If you want to calculate

First you can focus on the jee  mains study's .

If you are appearing JEE advance then you must have scored at least 75% aggregate marks in 12th standard (or equivalent) examination. For SC/ST/PwD, the aggregate marks should be at least 65%.

You should be within the top 20 percentile (category-wise) of successful candidates in their respective 12th standard

Yes, you can appear in JEE advance examination since it was announced that NIOS candidate can apply for JEE examination.But first you will have to apply for jee mains examination and if you will crack jee mains then you will get a chance to appear in jee advance

JEE advanced conducted for the admission in IITs. Only candidate who qualify JEE mains are eligible for JEE advanced. JEE advanced 2020 application form will be  tentatively released on first week of may 2020.

If you've improved your 12th percentage and got more than 75 percent then YES you're eligible for giving JEE mains 2020 examination.

There is no as such limit in your case that'll stop you from giving this Examination.
