Yes, after qualifying JEE mains april session examination you can appear in JEE advance examination.But remember that you must have 75 percent marks in your 12th boards because then only you will get admission in IITs through jee advance.

The result for JEE Main 2020 percentile is out and based on the percentile if you get more than 55 percentile then it would be most likely possible for you to qualify for jee advance , last year the cut off for sc category was around 54.
