No , as far as I know you might not able to change your educational qualifications in your JEE Advanced Exam especially your Class 10 Marksheet . Since if you have passed Class 12 this year , then you are free to write new things regarding your Class 12 results

As for getting into an NIT's or IIIT's firstly your JEE mains marks are viewed. Now as you have achieved 87 percentile then this might not get you into any top NIT's in any branch. But your cast criteria might help you in getting into some national level

There is no fixed marks for jee advance. Every year this pattern changes.
But in order to get a seat in IIT you should score at least 30% of the total marks. Then you can easily get a good branch in IITs.
