No, if you are producing all the mandatory certificate required for jee mains of your class 12th boards in 2023 then it's valid . You need not worry about that .

No, just by simply registering for the 12th boards doesn't mean that you have appeared for the examination. Until your marksheet is generated till that time your attempt won't be counted as an attempt.
