The minimum Marks Requirement to be eligible for JEE Advance for different Caste are as follow:

General: 75%

OBC: 75%

SC: 65%

ST: 65%

If you Belong to SC/ST caste you are Eligible, but if you are of General/OBC you are not eligible

Yes you can apply for jee jee main and advanced but only after clearing your compartment paper. You can also appears for improvement examination in all five subjects and then secure the minimum eligibility requirement. You can then also apply for JEE main and advanced.
