It's quite difficult to predict whether you will be eligible for JEE advanced or not as qualifying cutoff percentile keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

IIT Delhi has released to he her advanced 2029 syllabus.candidates are eligible for appearing Jee advanced regardless if percentage. Jee advanced is cancelled in foreign countries. It will be conducted only in India.
