Every year Jee advanced paper total marks will be varied from year to year and marks are not fixed like jee mains total marks 360. If the Jee advanced paper total marks is 360 then definitely you have to score more than 120 marks for a OBC NCL category

I would like to inform you that the cutoff for EWS category in 2019 was 78.217 percentile. So it is more likely that the cutoff will be more or less similar to the previous one. So considering your percentile, there are very less chances that you will be qualified

The cutoff for JEE Advanced yet to be announced by NTA. So, according to previous year cutoff which is 74 percentile for general EWS, you are eligible to write JEE Advanced exam. But, the cutoff percentile changes every year and it also changes in 2020 as the competition
