See under your category that is a very good rank. But if want to get admission in any IIT then you have to write the JEE Advance exam because all IIT are taking admission through advance exam without clear jee advance you can't get admission in any IIT

Sorry to say, but you can't change your category for jee advanced.

because Category declared during JEE Mains registration cannot be changed during jee advanced registration.

As you already uploaded self declaration form in lieu of ews certificate, you dont need to panic for uploading certificate. Also it won't allow to upload, because you already submitted form  however you need this certificate while document verification process, during process you need to show them original

You need to login to JEE Advanced 2020 registration portal with JEE Main application number and password and there is a section to upload the EWS certificate. We can not provide the exact link to upload the certificate as it is only accessible by the candidate. Here is the link
