The admission in IITs depends on your rank in JEE Advanced. It depends on difficulty of paper as well as maximum marks of the paper as it varies every year. Last year, at 64 marks it was not possible to get admission in any IIT, even for ST category

You should have uploaded the declaration in lieu of OBC - NCL as you had not any certificate issued on or after April 1, 2020. Now you have time till 26 th September. You need to upload a fresh OBC - NCL certificate on or before 26 September, 2020. Otherwise

Yes you can download your admit card if you have provided caste certificate instead of OBC-NCL certificate .You need to provide OBC-NCL certificate as per format mentioned on the JEE advance website during seat acceptance in your counselling .

Don't worry brother. Everyone is facing this problem. May be there is a problem in their server. They will fix it before 26 th September. However you may write to or call the JEE Advanced authority in zonal IIT. Here is the link for all the zonal IIT :

Yes, you can carry your food with yourself in the exam centre but not in the examination hall or you can eat your food at home and after go your exam centre.
