It's quite difficult to predict jee mains 2021 cut off, as cut off percentile for jee mains keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination for different shifts

Don't judge yourself on the basis of percentage of 12th std as the level of the exams and also the way to give both these exams are totally different . You need a different mindset for jee as compared to class 12th.

Yes, you can appear for JEE mains exam in 2022 if you have completed your class 12th in 2020. JEE Main exam is conducted twice every year. As er NTA guidelines you can appear in three consecutive years from the year of passing their class 12 for JEE
