Yes,

If you're a Foreign National, you don't even need to appear for JEE MAINS, you can directly appear for JEE ADVANCED.

If you're a NRI-

The Candidate must have completed his/ her 12th or equivalent exam.

i have passed out my class 12 in 2020 so do i eligible for jee adv 2022 ? i hadnt appeared in jee adv in 2020. (according to jee information bulletin one can appear in jee adv for 2 consecutive years)

Hello,

If you have passed out 12th then first of all you have clear  JEE Mains exam and only after clearing this you are eligible for JEE Advanced.

Now coming to your question, if you want to appear FOR JEE Advanced in 2022 then you have to appear for JEE
