Yes of course you can appear for JEE-Advance 2022 but for JEE-Advance 2022 you need to qualify JEE-Main 2022 because from qualification of JEE-Main 2021 you cannot sit for JEE-Advance 2022. Also note that maximum attempts allowed for JEE-Advance is two so if you are going to pass

JEE Mains score is only valid for one year after the result is declared. So, no you cannot use the same score next year . You'll have to give exam again for next year.
