I assume you are asking about jee advance test which was earlier known as IIt jee main, you are only eligible to appear in jee advance test if you have the certain cutoff score determined by the exam authority as eligibility score to appear in jee advance test. jee

If you are asking for institute other than IIT's then there are many government and private colleges who provide the best Facility and environment. If you don't want to give the JEE entrance exam then still you lot more option to sit any entrance exam for the good
