If you had tested positive for COVID-19 during JEE-Advance 2020 then you can appear for JEE-Advance without qualifying JEE-Main 2021 but if you were unable to crack JEE-Advance 2021due to some other reason then you have to appear for JEE-Main 2021 and you should qualify it then only

CENGAGE is an good option for the preparation of JEE mains and Advance but yaah directly jumping to the Cengage will be somewhat problematic so you can go the basics books first like
