See there are different cut-offs for different IITs but as you have not mentioned any particular IIT so let me consider an IIT which usually has lower cut-offs as compared to other IITs, so let us take an example of IIT Mandi.

Eligibility for NEET: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board pf education.
