Any pwd candidate with 40% or above disability can apply for compensatory time during jee advanced you can also apply for a scribe depending upon condition of the disability the registration has to be done during the jee advanced registration, you may require some documents and certificates for the same

See the cut-offs keep changing every year and this year also we saw a slight dip in the cut-offs but counselling is yet to be conducted so it would be bit difficult to provide you the exact chances of seat allotment in any particular college on the basis
