Every year the cutoff marks changes for JEE ADVANCED. So it is very Difficult to predict at what marks one should get into top IITs. But if we look at previous year data, you should have 40+ marks more than cutoff in order to get into top IITs.

As you're not alloted a rank in JEE Advanced Rank List. The vacant seats are reserved for SC, ST and PwD candidates, which don't get filled in the counselling will be allotted to the candidates of respective categories for admission to a preparatory course.

Hope you are doing great there . There is no such general trend followed when it comes to PWD category . I would suggest you to go through the previous year cut offs , since you might get an estimate there .
