Hi, in order to update your OBC-NCL Certificate, you have to go to the government authority that issues the OBC-NCL. In that office,they will issue you a new OBC-NCL Certificate. There is no provision to change the date in existing OBC-NCL Certificate. OBC Certificate is different from OBC-NCL Certificate. So
