If you have a valid category certificate dated on or before April 2021. Then you can directly upload the certificate during JEE advanced registration for which the last date is today before midnight.

Yes with different address there might be a problem. You are required to issue a new OBC-NCL certificate with the address you mentioned in your JEE Advanced. If not do that then it may create some issues for you at the time of counselling.
