what is difference between sc category certificate and additional category certificate in jee advance

SREYASHI SEN 17th Sep, 2021

Hello Aspirant..

A Category Certificate is proof of membership to a specific Caste, particularly if one belongs to one of the 'Scheduled Castes and Tribes' listed in the Indian Constitution. Only SC/ST/OBC/GEN-EWS candidates require an additional category certificate; it is optional for General category applicants.

I hope this information helps.
