It would be Difficult to say whether you could get Qualified with 60-70 marks as cutoff depends on various factors like no. Of students, paper difficulty etc. Although if the pattern remains same as previous year, then 60-70 would be insufficient to get a seat into any Institute.

According to Comm on rank list (CRL) your minimum marks in each subject is 6 and total aggregate is 69.
According to GEN-EWS rank list your minimum marks in each subject is 5 and total aggregate is 62.
For OBC-NCL rank list it is 5 and 62.
For SC
as you mention that your daughter rank is 44139 which means only 44139 students are selected
as you mention that 18 students have been selected for rank 1 only which is not correct and i correct your statement as at 100 percentile got by 18 students which is correct.
