Are you talking about 12th improvement marks? As far as I know, JEE Advanced doesn't consider your 12th board marks for preparation of rank list. It is only considered for checking eligibility.

Deepak, when you registered for the JEE Advanced examination than at that time, did you upload your some of the OBC certificate and the OBC NCL certificate which you are not able to issue before 5th June must be the one in the prescribed format by the JEE committee but
