you may get college through jossa counselling but the chance is very low if you are from a general or obc category. There will be chances if you belong to any reserved category listed below, sit up to last round in counselling procedure.

surely yes, you would get admission in IIT, by using your reserved category(obc+women candidates).

I think your reserved quota is equivalent to sc/st quota which surely leads to provide you with your college.
