According to the latest reports, it seems that candidates who have applied for the JEE MAINS need to upload their photos obeying some guidelines set by the JEE organising committee.
The photos of the candidate and their signature must be of a predefined dimension specified in the JEE main website.

74 for GEN
45 for OBC
29 for SC
24 for ST
And, this is the cutoff for qualification to attempt JEE Advanced. And,

First of all, are you sure that you have the minimum marks for qualifying JEE Advanced? Well... I don't think you may get in any old IIT for a core branch. You can try for a new IIT. And, the category reservation can be of help.
