Last year there was no chance at this rank. But from this year,some seats are reserved for girl candidates. Being a girl candidate, you will surely get some seat in IIT. Still wait for counselling.

Yes, though you have very less options, but still you may get some branches in IITs. These may include Environmental,Mineral engineering at IIT Dhanbad, Pharmaceutical engineering at IIT BHU for general category.
You may choose NITs instead if you have good rank in JEE Mains or prefer some private college.
