Chances decent enough for newer IIT Like Jammu, Ropar, Dharwad and Palakkad and Tirupati.
Since seats are 11000 and qualified candidates are 31000 you can have decentchances.
Also you can convert IIST Thiruvanthapuram, IIPE Vishakhapatnam.

As aat exam
U need to apply for it
With out that exam u cant get the seat in iit barch
This is quite difficult to evaluate.
At this rank it will not be possible to get into any of the IIT's. Look for other colleges and because you are from backward class you will surely fit somewhere in a good college.
