You have high chances, but since your rank is good,i would advice you that you should first try in good Bangalore Colleges and also SJCE and NIE Mysore(since Mysore is near to Bangalore) for CSE/ISE branch especially because of location. you have clear it .then you can go for the advance round i.e jee advance
Get AIR<=5000 in JEE Advanced, then you’ll get a seat in IIT.

For Jee-advance preparation follow the rules :1. cover up the NCERT Books.and for use additional books if you want like R.D.sharma, H.C.verma etc.
2.chekcout previous year papers and solve them.
3.devote at least 3-4 hours daily.

There is very low chances to publish new rank by JEE advance.
New decision will taken next year .
If sc (court) order for correction then marks and rank will be effected.

you could start applying for counselling in colleges owned by state government in your home state as they have reservation status for home state candidates or you could go for pvt colleges
