no , we can't surely say the cut-off for the IIT's.For Every year this will get change,but the expection will be high(250+ out of 360).you can refer the below link:

NO there is no such news from any official authority of the organizing panel moreover this is least probable to happen as jee main is meant for nits and jee advanced for iits and if so happens then the quality of students in both nit and iit will degrade as
Admission to IIT Delhi is offered on the basis of Your ranks in JEEAdvance and Not Mains, In mains, You just needs to qualify it to appear for jee advanced.
For CSE at IIT Delhi, You need a rank below 100(open)
For other categories, it is as follows
