Hi

If you are applying in IISER by appearing in aptitude test conducted only for SCB channel candidates, there will be no interview. You just have to qualify in the test. 

As far as I know, you will have to appear in all the four subjects in the aptitude test

You appeared for JEE Main 2018 so your First-year attempt is over. Now you can appear for this year two times and next year two times as JEE Main will be held twice a year one in January and another in April so you have total four attempts left with

As you have already solved RD SHARMA and NCERT thus i will recommend you to solve other books like Cengage publication and Arihant series of books to enhance your problem solving skills.Also, solve previous year's questions for more practice.

You can start practicing NCERT books first and then RD SHARMA.You can also prepare from Arihant series books which are really nice for jee preparations.
Also solve previous year's questions to increase your skills.

First, solve all previous years Questions of JEE Advance. Then Go for Books for various Topics by different authors and You don't need to solve all the Problems, First, select a set of Problems and try to finish it in a time limit. Books by Amit M Agrawal are good

There are no boundation inorder to attempt the JEE Advance examination infact you are a NRI candidate as well. Inorder to attempt the prestigious IIT-JEE examination you need to be under the eligibility range of NTA.

Any IIT institution will not take your admission if you don't clear JEE advance examination. However, if you manage to score good marks in JEE main exmaination, you can get admission in NIT and other good private engineering colleges.
